The delicious chromatic rainbow dreamed up by Hélène Guillon Lempereur evokes the genial pastry chef who juggles with fruit and colours. The luminous palette contrasts with the chocolate-brown moiré walls.
The inspiration for this Parisian boutique was the round shape of Pierre Hermé’s macarons. The unique concept from the creative minds of interior decorator Hélène and interior designer Olivier Lempereur used for the first time the curved sales counter, its generous sweep illuminated with a coloured frieze.
This staging of gastronomic indulgence was then extended to all of the pastry chef’s boutiques in Paris as well as his locations around the world.
